Florida, HERE I COME!!!!! YIPPEE!!!!

Well, it's official - I will leave Qatar for Tampa at the end of the month! My work here is done, and I've squeezed out every official reason I could think of to stay here with John. If I try any harder, though, I'll be making reasons up - and that's just not Right.

So - it's on to a new adventure - Living Like a Lieutenant Again...complete with a lovely pool - too bad Spectre can't swim in it...(even though he'll sure try...)

...a nice walkabout and view of the adjoining canal...(a.k.a. Spectre's Swimming Pool as long as it's free of Water Moccasins and Gators...)

I can hardly wait to see The Labradog!!! I go up to get him at Max and Ken's on 18 April!!!!

...and this is the rather tight floorplan that I will share with Mom for the next few months while we try and find a house for John and me.

I actually can't wait - and despite how "cozy" we will be - we still want Sisi to come down!!!



...I think a trip to Williams-Sonoma will be in order rather quickly. After all - I will need some decent knives and pans with which to cook...and I won't be able to retrieve anything from storage.
